Today the children from the School Eco Committee set off, during break time, on a litter pick along Gallows Street in the lovely sunshine.
Local people complimented the children on their great efforts. This gave such encouragement to the children. One adult kindly gave Mrs McNally some sweets to share with children as a note of appreciation. We hope to go out again soon on another litter pick along Gallows Street, as part of ABC ‘Adopt a Street’ Initiative.
The children are very proud of their work today in helping to keep our locality tidy.
