Last term we held a non uniform day, a Halloween disco and had a collection at our Christmas Carol Service to raise money for our two designated charities. On Friday we were delighted to welcome Amy and Louise's Granny, Cathy to receive the cheques on behalf of the Northern Ireland Hospice and Southern Area Hospice. We are so proud that we were able to present £260 to each charity on behalf of our whole school community. We would like to thank Amy and Cathy who very kindly gave their time to come in to school and receive our donations and also for talking to the children about some of the work these two very special organisations do. We would also like to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated so generously. This term we have designated the NSPCC and Downs and Proud as our charities. We will also be raising money throughout Lent for the annual Trócaire campaign.
