A fabulous day was had in Drumadonnell today. We had W5 from Belfast working with the children on different aspects of Science and technology. We designed bridges that could hold a weight of 20 Newtons, we made roller coasters which were graded on design, dangers, duration and speed. Our last session was Biology, the human body - identifying organs in the body, using a stethoscope and an oximeter to take our pulse and oxygen rate. You can see from the photos attached that we had great fun with our new friends as well as learning lots!!
