This morning our class took part inCode Club’s Winter Code-along. We joined dozens of other schools for the workshop. The aim was to use the compute programme Scratch to complete a winter game for children to use. The children had to make sprites, incorporate movements and insert graphics so that when another child played their game, they had a one in three chance of picking the correct Christmas gift. It was fabulous to see the children using their ICT knowledge so creatively. We look forward to doing more coding workshops with Code Club next term. Well done to everyone who took part in this mornings event.
