Primary 5 and Primary 6 want to thank Mrs. Alderdice who worked so hard today to help them make delicious pancakes. The children loved being involved at every stage and they especially loved cracking the eggs and mixing. Mrs. Alderdice has been perfecting her skills for many years now and her special 'Granny's Pancakes' recipe is a real winner! Thanks for spoiling us...again!! Miss McCrory who is currently with us on student placement, also made a great cook's assistant! A huge thanks also goes to SuperValu, Dromore for donating all the ingredients required to make our pancakes.
